| 稳定性 | 1.瘦肉精在医学上称为“盐酸克伦特罗”，既不是兽药，也不是添加剂，是肾上腺素类神经兴奋剂，属β－兴奋剂类激素，其化学成分为：α－［（叔丁氨基）甲基］－4－氨基3．5－二氯苯甲醇盐酸盐，是严重危害畜牧业健康发展和畜产品安全的毒品。盐酸克伦特罗早期仅在医学上用于急救和肺科病（主要是平喘）。在动物体内，对营养物质具有重新分配的作用，能促进动物生长、提高瘦肉率、降低脂肪沉积、提高饲料报酬等。 2.盐酸克伦特罗属于非蛋白质激素，耐热，使用后会在猪体组织中形成残留，尤其是在猪的肝脏等内脏器官残留较高，食用后直接危害人体健康。其主要危害是：出现肌肉振颤、心慌、战栗、头疼、恶心、呕吐等症状，特别是对高血压、心脏病、甲亢和前列腺肥大等疾病患者危害更大，严重的可导致死亡。 |
