1.由O,O-二甲基硫化磷酰氯在溶剂中与对硝基苯酚缩合而得。将二甲苯和对硝基酚钠在96℃(73.3-76.0kPa)以下共沸脱水2-3h,加入碳酸钠和铜粉,升温至90℃左右,滴加O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯。加毕,搅拌保温2-3h。冷却至50℃,过滤,用少量二甲苯冲洗滤渣,滤液用5%碳酸钠溶液洗至无色,再用饱和食盐水洗至中性,分出油层,减压蒸出二甲苯,即得甲基对硫磷原油。原药为浅黄色至浅棕色液体或固体。原料消耗定额:黄磷210kg/t;氯气690kg/t;硫黄200kg/t;甲醇600kg/t;对硝基酚钠730kg/t。
