【方法一】
硫酸铬钾的工业生产方法可采用有机物还原法和二氧化硫还原法。
有机物还原法 将99%重铬酸钾和98%硫酸按理论量溶解于铬明矾母液后,在搅拌下缓慢加入木屑进行还原。反应温度控制不超过80℃,反应结束后,静置缓慢结晶,经离心分离母液后,把结晶用少量冷水洗涤,再经低温干燥,制得硫酸铬钾成品。其2K2Cr2O7+8H2SO4+40H2O+3C→本品+3CO2↑
母液和洗液返回反应器,用以溶解重铬酸钾。
