EMERGENCY OVERVIEW

1.共熔法以锆英石、纯碱、硫酸为原料制备硫酸锆:将锆英石精矿粉碎后和碳酸钠按比例混合,投入焙烧炉中,于1100~1200℃反应生成锆酸钠和硅酸钠,经焙烧的熟料用60℃温水洗涤,洗去过量的碱,过滤,于80~100℃温度下用硫酸酸溶滤饼,然后经蒸发、浓缩或补加浓硫酸、结晶、过滤分离,于180℃下干燥脱水制得。

2.将1份浓硫酸加到2份四氯化锆的浓水溶液中,即可生成致密的白色晶体,将此结晶溶于水,加入硫酸,使其再沉淀以进行精制。为使其中的铁含量降至极低,可使其在有10%的盐酸存在下进行再结晶。然后将沉淀物转移到玻璃砂芯漏斗中,用按75份水20份浓硫酸和5份浓盐酸的组成配制的洗涤液洗涤数次。最后用丙酮洗涤即可。
