描述 4-Di-1-ASP是一种苯乙烯染料,用于染色活脑组织中的胶质瘤细胞,以分析细胞结构、活性、增殖和内吞、胞质分裂和吞噬,以及观察活细胞中的线粒体结构。4-Di-1-ASP在显微镜下成像时发出绿色荧光(λex/λem=475/606 nm)[1][2]。
