整个制备过程不能接触空气。各容器内放置的液体或固体分别是:a—0.2mol/L NiCl2和0.8mol/L NH4Cl;

b—浸没在水中的块状FeS;c—洗涤用水;d—NH4Cl的饱和溶液(含过量固体);

e—浓氢氧化钾溶液;f—洗涤用水;g—玻璃砂芯滤器;h—汞

用不含O2和CO2的N2气驱尽仪器中的空气,同时煮沸各仪器中的液体,然后在N2气流中冷却。在b中产生不含CO2的H2S气体,使a瓶内产生硫化物沉淀。(控制反应,勿使硫化物完全沉淀,否则,后面洗涤时沉淀不易沉降。)将f中的洗涤水用N2压入a瓶,充分摇动沉淀,待沉淀沉降后,通过抽真空,经g吸出洗涤液。如此反复洗涤15~20次。

β-NiS:Ni+SNiS

将化学计量的Ni和S混合物在密封的真空石英管内加热至900℃,反应6h即得。

γ-NiS:NiSO4+H2SNiS+H2SO4

所用的仪器装置和制备α-NiS的相同。所不同的是在a瓶中放置用稀硫酸略微酸化的0.5mol/L NiSO4。反应前必须严格排出空气。沉淀的处理方法同α-NiS。
