1.存在于菊科 (Compositae)菊属(Chrysanthemum)除虫菊亚属 (Pyrethrum)的若干种植物的花中,尤以白花除 虫 菊 (Pyrethrum cinerariaefolium)中的有效成分含量最高。除虫菊干花中含除虫菊素一般为0.9%~1.3%,经石油醚回流萃取,浓缩,得粗制黏稠物约含除虫菊素30%,经过脱蜡和脱色,得含除虫菊素60%的精品,可供配制浸膏和加工其他制剂之用,如再用硝基甲烷等作进一步精制,最后可获得除虫菊素含量达80%~85%的近于无色黏稠油状高纯度产品。也可以用混合溶剂抽提,如甲醇/煤油、石油醚/乙腈、石油醚/硝基甲烷等。
