双硫脲路线
双硫脲的制备 将180kg硫酸肼、少量催化剂、165kg硫氰酸铵投入反应釜,加热回流,冷却、过滤、水洗、吸滤得双硫脲。
2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑的制备 将350kg盐酸和少量催化剂投入合成釜中,再加入适量溶剂,然后在搅拌下投入上步反应产物双硫脲,加热升温至105℃,回流反应一段时间,搅拌冷却,过滤洗涤,吸滤至干,得2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑。
叶枯唑的合成 将150kg 2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑搅拌溶解后,滴加计算量的甲醛溶液,搅拌反应,滴加盐酸调节pH值小于1。 在搅拌下放料离心分离,水洗,干燥后得叶枯唑原粉。
氨基硫脲路线
将180g (85%)的水合肼加入反应瓶中,在冷却下滴加一定浓度稀硫酸,于40℃以下、pH值4~4.5搅拌反应10~15min,再投入96%硫氰酸铵85g,温度自动下降,水浴加热。待温度升至112~114℃回流反应,反应结束将反应物趁热倒入烧杯中,并用少量热水洗涤反应瓶,洗液并入反应物中,静置冷却,析出黄色结晶,过滤,冷水洗涤,干燥得氨基硫脲。
2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑的制备 将上步反应产物中加入一定量反应介质和42mL二硫化碳,搅拌,水浴加热,回流反应。反应毕减压脱溶,加入水继续蒸馏带走残余之溶剂,经后处理用于叶枯唑合成。
