• 体外研究: 为了使生物素与氨基酸结合,必须与一个氨基发生反应。例如biocytin(生物素赖氨酸)。然而,去甲生物素可与氨基酸的羧基偶联生成逆肽,具有相反方向的酰胺键。例如,降生物素与N-Boc-谷氨酸γ-苄基酯的NHS酯偶联。由此得到的γ-谷氨酸(VII)降生物素酰胺,在脱保护后获得,类似于生物素,但它具有较短的脂肪链和倒酰胺键[1]。
