1.将碳酸铯溶于水中，加热并不断搅拌下，为防止溶液溢出，分次少量加入密度为1.84的硫酸，进行反应：当CO2 不再逸出，并且溶液ph＝3时，停止加酸。煮沸20min，用氢氧化铯调狆 犎值至中性，过滤，滤液蒸发浓缩至大量结晶析出，冷却至室温，过滤、吸干、干燥、即可。
2.将碳酸铯溶于水中制成饱和溶液，将此溶液慢慢地加入到浓度为20%的稀硫酸中，至溶液显弱碱性为止。将溶液加热至沸，过滤除去不溶物。将滤液用硫酸酸化为弱酸性后蒸发浓缩，浓缩至有相当多的结晶析出后冷却，然后抽干，最后在70～100℃下干燥。
