15365-14-7结构式
15365-14-7结构式
  • 常用中文名:磷酸铁锂
  • 常用英文名:Lithium iron(II) phosphate
  • CAS号:15365-14-7
  • 分子式:FeLiO4P
  • 分子量:157.75700

  • 磷酸铁锂的应用领域主要有:
    ⑴ 储能设备
    太阳能、风力发电系统之储能设备,不断电系统UPS,配合太阳能电池使用作为储能设备(比亚迪已经在生产此类电池);
    ⑵ 电动工具类
    高功率电动工具(无线),电钻、除草机等;
    ⑶ 轻型电动车辆
    电动机车, 电动自行车, 休闲车, 高尔夫球车, 电动推高机, 清洁车,混合动力汽车(HEV),近期2-3年的目标;
    ⑷ 小型设备
    医疗设备:电动轮椅车,电动代步车),玩具(遥控电动飞机,车,船);
    ⑸ 其它小型电器矿灯, 植入性的医疗器械(磷酸铁锂无毒性,锂电池仅铁锂可满足要求) , 替代铅酸,镍氢,镍镉,锂钴,锂锰类电池在小型电器上的应用。
    (6)移动电源
    德国新能源公司Deboch经过长期研究,成功研发和量产了复合纳米材料的磷酸铁锂电池,提高了单位容量比,克服了磷酸铁锂单位体积过大,不适用于数码产品领域的难题。现在单节32650(直径32mm,长度65mm)规格电池,容量突破6000mAh,通过两节搭配,就能达到12000mAh。移动电源能量高达38.4Wh,足以给5.3Wh(1432mAh)的iPhone4S充电近6次,适合长途户外旅行的用户。2性能高能量密度,
    其理论比容量为170mAh/g,产品实际比容量可超过140 mAh/g(0.2C,25°C);安全性,
    是目前最安全的锂离子电池正极材料; 不含任何对人体有害的重金属元素;寿命长
    在100%DOD条件下,可以充放电2000次以上;(原因:磷酸铁锂晶格稳定性好,锂离子的嵌入和脱出对晶格的影响不大,故而具有良好的可逆性。存在的不足是电极离子传导率差,不适宜大电流的充放电,在应用方面受阻。解决方法:在电极表面包覆导电材料、掺杂进行电极改性。)
    磷酸铁锂电池的使用寿命与其使用温度息息相关,使用温度过低或者过高在其充放电过程及使用过程均产生极大不良隐患。尤其在中国北方电动汽车上使用,在秋冬季磷酸铁锂电池无法正常供电或供电电源过低,需调节其工作环境温度保持其性能。目前,国内解决磷酸铁锂电池恒温工作环境需考虑空间限制问题,较普遍的解决方案是使用气凝胶毡作为保温层。
