苏合香醇制备

1.将12g干燥的苯乙酮溶于30ml干燥的异丙醇，在搅拌下加入22g异丙醇铝，反应2h后冰析出粗品，经水洗、干燥、减压蒸馏，得9g1-苯乙醇。

2. 烟草：BU，56；OR，57，FC，18；合成：工业上用苯乙酮氢化制取。

3.制法：

参照上述2-己醇的合成方法，以苯乙烯(2)10.4g(0.1mol)代替1-己烯，回收汞17.5g(87%),粗产品减压蒸馏，收集110～115℃/3.4kPa的馏分，得1-苯基乙醇^①(1)6.2，收率92%。注：①工业上主要是用苯乙酮的还原来制备。

^4.制法：

于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器(装氯化钙干燥管)的反应瓶中，加入苯乙酮(2)12g(0.1mol),30mL异丙醇，搅拌下加入异丙醇铝22g(0.108mol),搅拌反应2h。将反应物倒入100mL冰水中，析出粗品，粗品经水洗、干燥，减压蒸馏，收集95～102℃/2.40kPa的馏分，得化合物(1)9g,冰箱中放置后固化，mp19～20℃。
