苏合香醇上下游产品

苏合香醇制备

1.将12g干燥的苯乙酮溶于30ml干燥的异丙醇,在搅拌下加入22g异丙醇铝,反应2h后冰析出粗品,经水洗、干燥、减压蒸馏,得9g1-苯乙醇。

2. 烟草:BU,56;OR,57,FC,18;合成:工业上用苯乙酮氢化制取。

3.制法:

参照上述2-己醇的合成方法,以苯乙烯(2)10.4g(0.1mol)代替1-己烯,回收汞17.5g(87%),粗产品减压蒸馏,收集110~115℃/3.4kPa的馏分,得1-苯基乙醇(1)6.2,收率92%。注:①工业上主要是用苯乙酮的还原来制备。

4.制法:

于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器(装氯化钙干燥管)的反应瓶中,加入苯乙酮(2)12g(0.1mol),30mL异丙醇,搅拌下加入异丙醇铝22g(0.108mol),搅拌反应2h。将反应物倒入100mL冰水中,析出粗品,粗品经水洗、干燥,减压蒸馏,收集95~102℃/2.40kPa的馏分,得化合物(1)9g,冰箱中放置后固化,mp19~20℃。
