[体外研究]

Thermolysin(100μg,1 mL,64℃,4小时,在分离的淀粉颗粒中)消化可选择性去除一组介于10和27 kD之间的低分子量蛋白质[2]。热溶素可用于牛肝肌浆蛋白的水解[3]。

[体内研究]

Thermolysin(50 mg/kg,口服一次)可降低SHR大鼠的收缩压[4]。热溶素无急性毒性,大鼠口服LD50超过18000 mg/kg,小鼠口服LD50大于24000 mg/kg(急性毒性研究)[5]。动物模型：自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)[4]剂量：50 mg/kg给药：口服(p.o.),一次结果：SHR大鼠收缩压降低,给药后6小时观察到收缩压最大降低22 mm。
