[体内研究]

脱氧核糖核酸酶(0.1U；i.p.；每天一次,持续3天)抑制肝转移,此外,通过联合手术切除原发性肿瘤块,可延长生存期[1]。动物模型：雌性BALB/c x DBA/2小鼠皮下注射小鼠肿瘤L5178Y-ML细胞[1]剂量：每只小鼠0.1 U给药：静脉注射；0.1 U；结果：肝脏重量从2.26克减少到1.55克,影响肝转移强度,减少转移的数量和大小,并影响肿瘤细胞停滞。动物模型：雌性BALB/c x DBA/2小鼠,患有小鼠肿瘤并手术切除皮下肿瘤[1]剂量：每只小鼠0.1 U给药：静脉注射；0.1 U；结果：与未治疗组相比,肿瘤细胞接种后的存活率显著延长。
