【方法一】
将干燥甲苯中的钠汞齐温热至50℃，加入呫吨酮-乙醇悬浮液，激烈搅拌，温度迅速上升至60-70℃。反应毕，将汞分离出来。反应液过滤，滤液倾入搅拌着的蓝馏水中，滤出9-羟基呫吨，用水洗涤，干燥，得成品，收率91-95%。
