【方法一】
由邻苯二甲酰亚胺经硝化而得。将发烟硝酸冷到5℃以下，慢慢滴加浓硫酸，控制温度10-13℃。再加邻苯二甲酰亚胺。在室温下放置过夜。然后在搅拌下倾入冰水中，在20℃以下析出沉淀。过滤，水洗，干燥，再经乙醇重结晶，即得4-硝基苯二甲酰亚胺，收率60%。
