1-萘磺酸制备

由萘经氯磺酸磺化而得。磺化反应以邻硝基乙苯作溶剂，将萘、氯磺酸和邻硝基乙苯按摩尔比1：1.1：3配合，在0-5℃进行磺化反应，得纯度为97%的1-萘磺酸。如果采用98%的硫酸作磺化剂，反应温度为0-40℃，得到的磺化物含1-萘磺酸83-85%，2-萘磺酸15-17%，加入镁盐或钠盐，可将析出的2-萘磺酸的镁盐或钠盐滤除。含游离1-萘磺酸的滤液经浓缩、冷却、结晶、过滤、水洗、干燥而得成品。
