核黄素制备

1.合成法D-核糖与3，4-二甲基苯胺经缩合、催化氢化得核糖胺，后者与重氮盐偶合、巴比妥酸环合即得本品

2.发酵法以葡萄糖、玉米浆、无机盐等为培养基，用特种活性菌阿氏假囊酵母(Eremothecium ashbyii)于28℃深层发酵培养9d，发酵液中约含6～8g/L的核黄素产品。提取收率为60%～70

[制取方法]以稻谷粉、小麦粉、酵母粉等为原料，经酵母或基因工程菌发酵制得。

3.以葡萄糖、玉米浆、无机盐等为培养基，用特种活性菌深层发酵制得。也可由3,4-二甲基苯胺与D-核糖缩合，经催化加氢、偶合、还原、成环得到维生素B2。
