【用途一】
用于辐射固化体系中的活性稀释剂和交联剂,亦可作为树脂交联剂,塑料、橡胶改性剂
【用途二】
该品可与丙烯酸及酯、丙烯醛、丙烯腈、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯腈、氯乙烯、苯乙烯等很多单体进行共聚,所得产品可用于处理纤维,提高纤维的耐水性、耐溶剂性、防皱性和防水性;还用于制造性能优良的热固性涂料、合成橡胶,用作润滑油添加剂等。在粘合剂方面,与乙烯基单体共聚,可改进其粘接强度。在纸加工方面,用于制涂层用丙烯酸乳液,可提高其耐水性和强度。

丙烯酸羟乙酯制备

1.丙烯酸与环氧乙烷在催化剂及阻聚剂存在下进行加成反应,生成丙烯酸-2-羟基乙基酯粗成品,经脱气、蒸馏得成品原料消耗定额:丙烯酸710kg/t、环氧乙烷485kg/t。

2.直接法 以丙烯酸和环氧乙烷为原料,在催化剂(三氯化钒、乙酸铬或丙烯酸铬)及对羟基苯甲醚阻聚剂存在下,经催化加成反应,最后蒸馏精制制得:

催化剂的制备:乙酸铬由含量为60%的乙酸铬水溶液蒸发浓缩得到。丙烯酸铬由如下反应制得:

将新解聚精制的丙烯酸置入100mL容量的圆筒形反应器中,加入催化剂和阻聚剂,开动电磁搅拌,通入N2吹扫,赶去空气。同时向反应器夹套通入恒温热水,使反应液达到设定温度。调节与反应器相连的回流冷凝管中冷却液的温度为-10~0℃(防止未反应的环氧乙烷逃逸)。关闭N2阀门,开启环氧乙烷钢瓶,液相或气相进料。当环氧乙烷加入量达到设定值后,关闭进料阀。环氧乙烷的进料速度根据反应过程中温度的变化来调整。进料完毕后,继续搅拌,于80℃保温一定的时间。
