二氢胆固醇制备

1、体内外均由胆固醇氢化后所得也可由粪甾醇合成。在脊椎动物细胞中，微量伴随胆固醇而存在，在神经组织和肾上腺中较丰富。体内的二氢胆固醇可来自外源也可自身合成。所有组织均可合成，但主要是在肝中合成。

先将粗品胆甾醇(2)100g（0.26mol）用250mL冰醋酸重结晶，得到的纯品不必干燥直接加入氢化装置中，加入300mL冰醋酸和0.5g氧化铂。于65-75℃，稍有压力的情况下加氢。约2h后基本不再吸收氢气。稍冷后将反应混合物过滤，减压浓缩，析晶，得粗品二氢胆甾醇(含部分乙酸胆甾醇酯)85-90g。将粗品加入400mL乙醇中，再与由25g氢氧化钾和100mL水配成的稀碱混合，回流反应3h。冷却，抽滤，水洗。将滤饼用500mL乙醇重结晶，得二氢胆甾醇75-80g，mp140-141℃，收率75%-80%。
