【用途一】
用作漆、蜡等的溶剂和制莰烯、松油醇、龙脑、合成樟脑、合成树脂等的原料
【用途二】
用作制合成树脂、香樟醇等的原料
【用途三】
用作溶剂,也用于合成樟脑
【用途四】
GB 2760--1996规定为允许使用的香料。主要用以配制香辛料、肉豆蔻代用品和柑橘类等型香精。
【用途五】
重要有机合成原料。可用于合成一系列香料产品,以及合成樟脑、龙脑等;蒎烯经臭氧氧化可得汇报酮酸,进一步氧化可得蒎酸,从而可制取植物生长刺激素,合成润滑剂、增塑剂等;蒎烯还可制成派烯树脂等;也可作漆蜡等的溶剂。α-蒎烯是GB2760-86规定为允许使用的食用香料,主要用以配制香辛料、肉豆蔻代用品和柑桔类等型香精。
