1.由氯乙酸乙酯与氨反应而得。先将氯乙酸乙酯冷却至10℃以下，在搅拌下慢慢加入氨水（相对密度0.9），立即析出白色结晶，加完氨水后继续搅拌1h，过滤出结晶，再用氨水洗去氯化铵，尽量滤干即为粗品，再用乙醇重结晶而得成品。
