硝酸铬(III) 九水合物制备

1.蔗糖还原法 将铬酸酐和硝酸加入带有搅拌器的反应器中,在搅拌下缓慢加入蔗糖进行还原反应,生成硝酸铬,过滤,把滤液送去蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离,制得硝酸铬成品。其反应方程式如下:
2.将紫色的CrCl3·6H2O溶于稍过量的热硝酸中,放在装有氢氧化钠的真空干燥器中,让其冷却结晶。析出Cr(NO3)3·9H2O晶体。抽滤,并用滤纸吸去附着的硝酸。 3.现制得Cr(OH)3,用热水洗过后,以尽可能少的4mol/L冷硝酸溶解。放在带塞的瓶中。放置数日,析出结晶。 4. 将氢氧化铬溶解于密度为1.40的稍过量的试剂硝酸中,反应可得硝酸铬: 过滤后,滤液于50~60℃下蒸发至相对密度为1.4时,添加少量试剂硝酸,和九水合硝酸铬晶种,0℃以下静置,结晶,待结晶完全后,过滤、甩干,空气中干燥至硝酸味消失,即得分析纯硝酸铬 ( 九水) 。母液回收利用。
