硫酸镁制备
1.重结晶法将工业硫酸镁加入溶解槽中,用水溶解后,将溶液净化除去砷和重金属,过滤,滤液经浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离,得到精制硫酸镁,在200 ℃进行干燥脱水,制得饲料用无水硫酸镁成品。其反应式如下:
2.在水溶液中不能制得无水硫酸镁,水合硫酸镁在加热脱水时有可能发生水解,为防止水解,将少量浓硫酸与水合硫酸镁混合后加热,可获得无水硫酸镁的结晶。 3. 热熔浸法 将硫酸镁母液 (30g/100ml)注入浸液器中,加入混合盐溶液( 含MgSO4 30%以下,含氯化钠35%以下) ,二者体积比为2∶1。在45~50℃下溶浸4H ,所得混合液经板框压滤机压滤后得到的滤液打入预冷器内除去NaCl 。将清液在5℃左右冷却结晶。洗涤,过滤,干燥 ( 干燥器底部温度350~400℃,顶部温度100~150℃) ,得一水硫酸镁。再用回转干燥机在400~500℃下干燥即得成品。
