双癸基二甲基氯化铵制备

主要分两条路线。
①在碘化钾的存在下，氯代癸烷与甲胺反应，先制得双癸基甲基叔胺，再将双癸基甲基叔胺放在压力内，在水和异丙醇介质中，加热加压下同氯甲烷反应，制得氯化双癸基二甲基铵产品。反应式如下：

②在催化剂的存在下，由正癸醇与氢气和甲胺混合气体进行胺化反应，先制得双癸基甲基叔胺。再在压力釜中加入双癸基甲基叔胺、少量碳酸钠和适量异丙醇，用氮气置换空气后，升温至80～90℃，通入氯甲烷，压力0.3～0.5MPa,反应3～4h即得氯化双癸基二甲基铵产品。反应式如下：
