herbimycina是一种安塞霉素抗生素,是Src家族激酶抑制剂。herbimycina与SH结构域结合,抑制p60v-src和p210BCR-ABL的活性。赫比霉素A抑制热休克蛋白90并损害热休克的恢复。herbimycina在体外对内皮细胞具有抗血管生成活性。
