DCB用途

DCB(3,3′-二氯苯并哒嗪)是代谢型谷氨酸受体5亚型(mGluR5)的中性变构调节剂。DCB在3,3′-二氟苯并哒嗪(DFB)的帮助下阻断mGluRs(mGluR5)的正变构调节。DCB显示3,3′-二甲氧基苯并哒嗪(DMeOB)的负调节作用[1]。
