[体外研究]

卡巴唑啉(0.1-10µM)以浓度依赖的方式抑制缓激肽诱导和凝血酶诱导的[3H]IP3的形成[1],从刺激前30分钟开始,卡巴唑铬(0.1-1µM)可显著抑制血管活性物质诱导的通透性增强[1]。

[体内研究]

卡巴唑铬抑制静脉注射造影剂所致严重肺功能不全。卡巴唑铬(1-10mg/kg,i.v.)可减轻造影剂引起的大鼠肺功能不全[2]。动物模型：雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠,体重180-230g[2]剂量：10mg/kg给药：静脉注射；在注射Ioxaglate前30、60或90分钟注射(4g I/kg,I.v.)。结果：1、5、10mg/kg剂量组血管通透性增加呈剂量依赖性减弱,5、10mg/kg剂量组血管通透性增加有统计学意义。
