S-(对硝基苄基)谷胱甘肽是一种竞争性谷胱甘肽硫酶抑制剂。S-(对硝基苄基)谷胱甘肽被大鼠肾微粒体转化为相应的半胱氨酸衍生物。S-(对硝基苄基)谷胱甘肽可用于谷胱甘肽被谷胱甘肽硫酶系统代谢分解的研究[1][2]。
