[体内研究]

水杨酸缬氨酸(3,10-30 mg/kg；腹膜内注射)对花生四烯酸 (HY-109590)引起的耳水肿和角叉菜胶 (HY-125474)引起的爪水肿具有抗炎作用[1] 动物模型：25-30g,瑞士雄性小鼠(花生四烯酸诱导耳朵水肿)[1]剂量：1.5、4.5、15、45μg/耳给药：结果：显示出局部给药的抗炎作用,并在1.5、4.5和15、45µg/耳时对耳朵水肿的抑制率分别为28%、36%、40%和58%。动物模型：25-30g,瑞士雄性小鼠(卡拉胶诱导的爪水肿)[1]剂量：3、10、30mg/kg给药：I.p.结果：在3、10和30mg/kg时分别促进43.3%、53.3%和66.6%的显著抑制。
