[体外研究]

R123荧光的强度在浓度为50μM时具有峰值,并且在较高浓度下由于自猝灭而降低至零[1]。

[激酶实验]

在室温下进行测量，使用配备有荧光阳离子R123作为探针的磁力搅拌器的分光光度计连续搅拌线粒体悬浮液。激发和发射波长分别为503nm和527nm。培养基是呼吸缓冲液。加入R123和丙酮酸钠至终浓度分别为50nM和10mM。在整个记录过程中，分离的线粒体保持稳定的膜电位（±5％）[1]。
