四水合乙酸钴上下游产品

四水合乙酸钴制备

1.由金属钴或氧化钴为原料,与硝酸反应制备硝酸钴溶液,再与碳酸氢铵(或纯碱)溶液反应,生成碳酸钴沉淀;将沉淀洗涤、分离,加入乙酸酸化,即可得到乙酸钴;经过滤后,将反应液调至pH=2,浓缩至溶液相对密度为1.17-1.20,然后每200L浓缩液补加1kg乙酸,在低于20℃条件下,结晶7-10d,离心分离,在30-40℃干燥即得成品。工业级乙酸亚钴含量不少于45%。原料消耗定额:金属钴(>99%)265kg/t、乙酸1000kg/t、硝酸1100kg/t。

2.将215g 50%醋酸溶于200mL水中,加热此溶液,慢慢加入190g六水碳酸钴,控制加入速度以防止反应物溢出。加毕,溶液应对刚果红试纸显弱酸性反应。过滤,冷却滤液,晶体析出,抽滤出结晶,即为成品。母液可再次蒸发至开始出结晶,冷却,抽滤,可再得到部分产品。

3.以金属钴或氧化钴为原料,与硝酸或硫酸反应生成硝酸钴或硫酸钴,再加入醋酸酸化,经蒸发、结晶、分离、干燥制得,也可以氢氧化钴或碳酸钴与过量醋酸反应而得。

4.将硝酸钴与碳酸钠反应生成碳酸钴,再与热的乙酸水溶液反应生成乙酸钴,经过滤,结晶,即得产品:
