肌酐制备

1.将900g水合肌酸、550ml浓盐酸和150ml水加热24h。热滤，滤液在冰浴中冷至0-5℃，加入1L28%氨水。冷却下搅拌，使温度降至0℃，滤出肌酐晶体，用氨水洗涤至不含氯离子，再用冷甲醇洗涤，干燥，得肌酐约550g。

2.将水合肌酸、浓盐酸和水加热，热滤后冷却，加入氨水，滤出肌酐晶体，经洗涤处理，即得纯品肌酐。
