Zearalenone 是由镰刀菌属 Fusarium 产生的,在几种谷物中生长的非甾体雌激素霉菌毒素。 Zearalenone 具有较低的急性毒性和致癌性。Zearalenone 对雌激素受体有激动作用,在几种动物中表现出明显的雌激素和合成代谢特性,对动物的生殖系统会产生严重影响。
