丙酸睾丸酮用途

Testosterone propionate是一种较慢释放的合成代谢类固醇,主要用于治疗男性睾酮水平低。

丙酸睾丸酮作用

作用与睾酮、甲睾酮相同,但肌注作用时间较持久,每2~3日注射一次即可。临床适用于无睾症、隐睾症、男性性腺机能减退症;妇科疾病如月经过多、子宫肌瘤;老年性骨质疏松以及再生障碍性贫血等。通过刺激肾脏分泌红细胞生成素的作用,或对骨髓有直接刺激作用。原发性睾丸功能减退症的雄激素替代治疗;性器官发育不良。
大剂量可引起女性男性化、浮肿、肝损害、黄疸、头晕等。有过敏反应者应即停药。肝、肾功能不全、前列腺癌患者及孕妇忌用。注射液如有结晶析出,可加温溶解后注射。青春期发育延迟及侏儒症;各种慢性消耗性疾病等。本品在体先转化为5α二氢睾酮(5α-dihyrotesterone),以后再与细胞受体结合,进入细胞核,与染色质作用,激活RNA多聚酶,促进蛋白质合成和细胞代谢。此外,丙酸睾酮可通过红细胞生成素刺激红细胞的生成和分化。本品口服虽可吸收,但肝中会迅速破坏而失效,故一般采用肌内注射。肌内注射丙酸睾酮后,吸收较慢,其延效时间2-4天。在血中,98%的睾酮与性激素球蛋白结合,仅2%为游离状。半衰期为10-20分钟。睾酮在肝内灭活后,代谢产物为雄酮异雄酮及原胆烷醇酮。它们90%是与葡萄醛酸及硫酸结合的形式从尿中排出。约6%非结合形式的产物是由胆汁排出,其中少部分仍可再吸收,形成肠肝循环。
