由丙酸溴化而得。将丙酸和赤磷加入反应锅内，在60℃滴加溴素，约3h加完，升温至100-120℃，保温反应6h。冷却，过滤，滤液常压分馏，154℃以前的馏分为低沸物，稍冷，减压收集高沸点馏分直至蒸不出为止，得2-溴丙酰溴
