将硝酸胍在甲醇钠（或５０％ＮａＯＨ）液中加热搅拌，回流半小时后，滴加氰乙酸甲酯，回流２小时，反应毕，加热回收甲醇。残留物中加热水使之溶解，升温达８０℃时，加醋酸调ｐＨ＝８，析出产品结晶，冷至２０℃以下，过滤、洗涤、干燥即得。
