四异丙醇钛制备

1.四氯化钛、异丙醇和液氨以甲苯为溶剂加热溶解进行酯化反应。反应产物经吸滤除去副产物氯化铵,滤液经蒸馏即得成品。

2.制备用仪器和试剂事先都需经干燥和除水处理,并要防止潮气的进入。将9.5g(0.05mol)的四氯化钛溶解在150mL无水苯中,慢慢加入20mL经除水处理的异丙醇,发生较猛烈的反应,并有氯化氢烟雾产生,待反应缓和后,通入氨气直到过量。将析出的氯化铵沉淀过滤除去。将滤液进行减压蒸发,将残留液体进行减压蒸馏,收集80℃/266.64Pa(2mmHg)的异丙醇钛产品,产率72%。
