头孢克罗用途

【用途一】
属头孢类抗菌素药,主要用于泌尿道感染和呼吸道感染等
【用途二】
抗菌素。抗菌作用比头孢羟氨苄强。主要用于泌尿道感染、上呼吸道感染、皮肤软组织感染和五官科感染等,疗效较好。

头孢克罗作用

头孢克洛为第二代口服头孢菌素,其抗菌作用机制与其他头孢菌素类药相似,主要通过与细菌细胞内的青霉素结合蛋白(PBPs)结合,抑制细菌细胞壁的生物合成而起杀菌作用。金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌(包括产青霉素酶和非耐甲氧西西林菌株)、肺炎链球菌、白喉杆菌、克雷白菌属、梭状芽胞杆菌属、大肠杆菌、奇异变形杆菌、流感嗜血杆菌、淋球菌、肺炎球菌、伤寒沙门菌属、志贺菌属、脑膜炎球菌等对头孢克洛敏感。吲哚阳性变形杆菌、沙雷菌属、不动杆菌属和铜绿假单胞菌等对头孢克洛耐药。
