先用乙酰乙酸乙酯与尿素缩合,制备2,4-二羟基-6-甲基嘧啶,然后用POCl3作氯化剂,在短时间内生成2,4-二氯-6-甲基嘧啶,氯化产物在室温下与二甲胺反应,制得鼠立死与异构体的比便为4:1。
