[体外研究]

氯化锰(25μM；24-72小时)保护器官型海马脑片免受β-AP诱导的神经毒性,并完全阻断β-AP诱导的自由基积累和脂质过氧化[2]。

[体内研究]

氯化锰(salen)(25 mg/kg；i、 p.每周3次,连续4周)减少心脏氧化应激,改善小丑小鼠突变株中压力超负荷引起的心力衰竭[3]。动物模型：野生型(WT)和丑角型(Hq)B6CBA雄性和雌性小鼠[3]剂量：25 mg/kg/天给药：每周注射3次,共4周结果：预防生物力学应激引起的心肌氧化损伤。生物力学应激后生存率提高。防止因压力过载而导致功能和几何结构退化。减轻坏死和凋亡细胞死亡,减轻心肌肥厚和纤维化。
