糠酰氯制备

1、由2-呋喃甲酸与亚硫酰氯反应而得。将2-呋喃甲酸与亚硫酰氯的混合物于100℃回流1h，然后蒸馏，先蒸出过量亚硫酰氯，再收集173-174℃馏分，得呋喃甲酰氯，收率79%。

2、溶剂法投料比（质量）2-呋喃甲酸：氯化亚砜：间氨基苯甲酰氯：苯=1：0.8 ：0.03 ：1.5

在搪玻璃反应釜中加入2-呋喃甲酸、间氨基苯甲酰氯和苯，开启搅拌及加热系统，升温至50℃。开始滴加氯化亚砜，温度控制在50~60℃。加完后在65~70℃下搅拌4h，再减压蒸馏回收苯，然后接受1.87kpa下66~68℃馏分，收率大于90%，含量大于98%。
