[体外研究]

头孢哌啶能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌青霉素敏感株、青霉素耐药株、化脓性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、白喉棒状杆菌、败血症梭菌等,MICs为0.05-1μg/mL[1]。

[体内研究]

头孢啶(50-500 mg/kg;i.m.)对兔子和猴子表现出剂量相关的肾毒性[2]。动物模型:兔子和猴子[2]剂量:50、100、200和500 mg/kg给药:i.m。在50和100 mg/kg剂量下,似乎没有引起肾损伤。
