白当归素用途

Byakangelicin 是一种在当归 (Angelica gigas) 根中发现的活性化合物,可以作为调节剂,改善各种活性化合物 (Umb,Cur 和 Dox) 的脑积累,增强治疗效果。Byakangelicin 增加所有 PXR 靶基因 (如MDR1) 的表达,并诱导广泛的药物-药物相互作用。Byakangelicin 可以抑制性激素的作用,它可能会增加内源激素的分解代谢。
