虾青素

虾青素用途

Astaxanthin,一种红色的膳食类胡萝卜素,可从雨生红球藻 (Haematococcus pluvialis) 等多种海洋生物中提取得到,是过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体γ (PPARγ) 的抑制剂[1],是具有抗增殖、神经保护作用和抗炎活性的有效抗氧化剂,可用于治疗多种疾病,如癌症和心血管疾病[2]。因其鲜红的色泽,可用于动物饲料的着色剂[3]。
