1、 做为乙烯基单体,用于共轭烯烃的高效阻聚剂。2、 在液相或气相中对已有端聚种子的情况下,可作为高效端聚抑制剂。3、 是丁苯乳聚过程的非常优异的终止剂。4、是不饱和油类及树脂的抗氧化剂。5、 是光敏树脂、感光乳剂、合成树脂的良好稳定剂。6、在环境保护中是良好的光化学烟雾抑制剂。7、是锅炉给水和蒸汽换热设备的缓蚀剂。

N,N-二乙基羟胺(DEHA)制备
1.在催化剂镉盐(CdCl2·2H2O)或锌盐(ZnCl2)存在下,以过氧化氢水溶液氧化仲胺,或在钛硅质岩催化剂存在下,以过氧化氢水溶液氧化二烷基胺(RRNH)或三乙胺均可制得本品。
2.在钛硅质岩催化剂的存在下,以过氧化氢氧化二烷基胺,制得二乙基羟胺。过氧化氢为30%的水溶液。钛硅质岩催化剂要研成细粉末。反应温度约80℃。操作时,先将催化剂和二烷基胺 ( 如二乙基胺)置于反应器中,然后升温至80℃左右,并在搅 拌 下 于35MIN内 缓 慢 加 入 过 氧 化 氢 水 溶 液。产 率 可达87.1%。还可利用催化氧化硝酸灵 (C2OH16N4)的方法制得二乙基羟胺。
3.1.制三乙胺氧化物
将0.094摩尔35%过氧化氢慢慢地加入0.032摩尔二乙胺溶于10毫升甲醇的冷溶液中,将反应液逐渐升温至室温并放置26小时。其时,胺的酚酞试验呈负结果。然后加入0.25i克铂黑并搅拌5小时以分解过量过氧化氢,其后过氧化氢试验为负结果,1滴反应液不能使硫化氢试纸变白.滤出铂黑,在减压下和浴温30一40℃浓缩滤液,得到无色粘稠浆状的三乙胺氧化物。
2.制N,N一二乙基经胺
将上述浆状三乙胺氧化物装入100毫升烧瓶,瓶上装有毛细氮气导入管和25厘米松针形分馏头,并通过空气冷凝器与三个串连的接受器相接,接受器依次用冰、干冰一丙酮和液氮冷。在通氮并减压至约20mm时,将烧瓶浸于油浴中,浴温慢慢升至120℃,猛烈地沸腾并有液体馏出。然后慢慢减至4mrn}浴温升较160℃以使热分解和蒸馏完全。从第一个接受器中收得N,N一二乙基经胺,产率69%,
方法二,搅拌下,将230份30%过氧化氢和60份甲酸乙醋同时滴入经冷却的160份二乙胺中,控制温度在55一60℃。反应完成后,加入浓盐酸,得到240份N,N一二乙基经胺盐酸盐,将盐酸盐碱化后,可得游离羟胺。
