乙酸胍制备

由硫脲与溴乙烷反应生成S-乙基硫脲氢溴酸盐，再与甘氨酸反应制得胍乙酸。将硫脲、溴乙烷及无水乙醇混合，于水浴温热3h，使硫脲全部溶解。然后减压蒸出乙醇及过量溴乙烷，使残留物结晶，干燥，得S-乙基硫脲氢溴酸盐。再将氢氧化钠溶液加入所得的S-乙基硫脲氢溴酸盐中，冷却下，迅速加入甘氨酸和水配成的热溶液。结晶后加入乙醚，放置过夜，将混合物在冰浴中冷却2h，分出乙醚层。吸滤，依次用冰水、乙醇、乙醚洗涤，晾干即得成品。
