Kynuramine(二氢溴化物)是一种内源性胺,是血浆胺氧化酶的荧光底物和探针[1][2]。

[体外研究]

Kynuramine(二氢溴化物)在体外抑制突触前和突触后 α-肾上腺素受体[2]。 Kynuramine公司已被证明是狗脑动脉血清素受体的部分激动剂[2]。 Kynuramine(20μg/mL)经常导致回肠轻微收缩,但未能改变胆碱能刺激的抽搐反应[2]。

[体内研究]

Kynuramine(二氢溴化物)(0.064、0.32、1.6或 8μg脑室内；单剂量) 促进雌激素激发的去卵巢大鼠前凸行为[3]。 Kynuramine(1.25、2.5和 5.0 mg/kg静脉注射；单剂量) 可增加大鼠的心率和血压[4]。 动物模型：雌性大鼠[3]。用量：0.064-8μg。给药：脑室注射；单人间。结果：促进前凸行为。动物模型：雄性大鼠(约200g)[4]。剂量：1.25-5.0 mg/kg。给药：静脉注射；单人间。结果：心率和血压升高。
