将232.6g敌敌畏、0.4g过氧化苯甲酰加入四氯化碳中，搅拌加热到80℃，再滴加溴素179.4℃g。加毕，保持80℃继续反应。反应结束后，冷却，减压脱除四氯化碳即得二溴磷。
