日落黄制备

（1）日落黄的制备。把对氨基苯磺酸加入11-12，然后慢慢加入碳酸钠使其完全溶解，过滤；冷却至0-5℃，再加入对氨基苯磺酸1.5-1.8倍量（质量）的盐酸，搅匀静置，析出细微的1-萘胺-4-磺酸结晶，并冷却至5℃以下。在3-5℃下缓慢加入1：2（质量）的亚硝酸钠溶液进行重氮化，得重氮液。反应完毕后料液对刚果红试纸呈强酸性（显蓝色）。
将2-萘酚-6-磺酸钠搅拌溶解于20倍量（质量）75-80℃的水中，再加入部分碳酸钠（总量的1/5），溶解后过滤。滤液投入反应釜，然后加入其余的碳酸钠，搅拌冷却至5-8℃；再在10-15℃和PH8-9时，缓缓加入重氮液进行偶合反应数小时。
反应完毕后（2-萘酚-6，8-二磺酸钠略为过量），将其升温至50-60℃，加入精制氯化钠，搅拌，将其自然冷却至室温，静置析出结晶；将结晶搅拌溶解于15倍量（质量）70℃的洁净水中，加入适量的碳酸钠，使溶液呈微碱性，过滤后加入精盐，搅拌并用盐酸调pH至6.5-7.0。静置、结晶、分离、干燥得成品。
（2）日落黄铝色淀的制备。由氯化铝、硫酸铝等铝盐与碳酸钠等碱类制取氢氧化铝，然后添加于日落黄水溶液，沉淀而得产品。 3. 由对氨基苯磺酸重氮化后，在碱性条件下与2-萘酚-6-磺酸偶合，用食盐将生成的色素析出，过滤，精制即可。
